Canada deemed too un-green

The latest 14 country survey places Canada second to last (United States was last) in it’s measures to green-up the land. The other countries were, in order by last to first: Brazil, India, China, Mexico, Hungary, Russia, Great Britain, Germany, Australia, Spain, Japan and France.
